Legislation updated in December of last year now
means that if you are looking to sell a residential property (dwelling)
of any size, you must now put together a Home Information Pack including
an Energy Performance Certificate.
However, this needn't add to what is almost always a stressful experience
as our aim is to minimise the pain by providing a fast and efficient,
professional, yet friendly service with the minimum of fuss
Residential Landlords...
As part of the governments target to have an EPC
for 80% of all properties in England & Wales by 2050, all properties
that are let after October 2008 will require an EPC at point of rental.
October 2008
All residential
properties (dwellings) that are let will require an EPC at point of
rental.
Don't Get Caught Out! It might seem a long time away, but if everyone
leaves it too late, you might find yourself unable to let your property
because you don't have an EPC. Get it done now, in fact we are offering
an early bird discount for any property landlords looking to get their
property certified prior to this date.
